Ensure personal data and settings are secured before sending your Alcatel device for repair. Option to do is available in the special Alcatel Smart Suite software available for download at: http://www.alcatel-mobile.com/global-en/support. The software gives you to option to back-up contacts, messages, agenda, pictures, videos, music and apps to a Windows PC. BE AWARE! In no event shall TCL Communication Ltd. or DIL be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited commercial or financial loss or damage, loss of data or loss of image to the full extent those damages can be disclaimed by law.

DIL remains the right to send a quotation when repair of your device is not covered under Alcatel warranty terms and conditions. On rejection DIL will invoice a fee of 35,10 Euro incl. VAT for investigation and shipping cost.
